Because the NHL hates Toronto. Like honestly. Yesterday Boston recalled 6 players on an emergency basis with no issue, but the Leafs can’t emergency recall Woll even though Murray banged his head and is well known to have injury issues.



There’s no good reason to not allow it, especially when this game has playoff implications for Florida and two other teams. It’s bush league that Woll can’t be recalled, but Vegas can parade Mark Stone a week before the playoffs and Arizona can acquire all the retired guys they want to reach the cap floor.

Hasn’t Hall been healthy but ‘unable’ to be activated due to cap restrictions?

Panthers are a hot team with a lot to play for right now at home. Leafs have played fine IMO. Need to tighten up a bit but handling their pressure well
