When I started working out I started with Pullups, Dips, Pushups, Hand Stand Pushups, Single leg squats, Hanging leg raises, HIIT and I got in really good shape doing that.
Yeah it's amazing what strong core muscles can do .. Probably one of the reasons why I can lift so much now compared to what I used to, because I have gone crazy on getting my core in shape.
Exactly. It's hidden strength, but it's so important. One of my uncles has just a Pejorative Slured core, he can almost lift the side of a car
