You'd have to amend a declaration at a condominium to own a dog over 40 pounds. I do like pugs, but I feel like they've turned into a chick dog lately

Some condos don't even allow dogs period. I'm a big fan of pugs, I'm thinking of getting a dog in the spring. It'd be nice to have one around.

The declaration is a bible for condominiums. It essentially explains everything that is legally permitted to occur at the building. Pretty much every declaration for Condo's in Guelph state that you are not permitted to live with a dog over 40 pounds or if it shows aggressive tenancies. In order to alter or amend the declaration you need 80-90% of unit owners to agree to change a section of that paragraph in the declaration to allow a bigger dog for example.

It has happened a few times, but it's a mission lol

I agree - it'd be nice to have an animal that thinks I am the best. I am having visions of bringing it to the office with me and just being my buddy all day. Plus - it's always good to have an extra reason to exercise taking it on walks and possibly running into some ladies who think it's a cute dog

Wolfdogs actually do exist .. A purebread wolf - yeah that would be hard to pull off .. But I'm sure you can get a wolfdog somewhere

A month ago I was laying in bed and looked over at my dog's crate to see this:

You put your dog in a crate at night? My parents used to let out dogs just roam the house at night. They usually started on my parents floor, and ended up in my room

I'm a few hundred pages into the fifth book and it's losing a bit of novelty for me. Need a spark to get me into it again

With all this pet talk I feel as if I should mention one of our cats is currently sitting in front of the fireplace staring into the flames and/or sleeping (it's hard to tell from behind).
