At what age do you guys stop gaming? Doesn't it get boring, or unsatisfactory after a while?

A lot don't stop.

I go in phases. Sometimes I play every day for weeks then I don't play for a couple months. Overall I'm not as interested in gaming as I was when I was a teenager.

Same here pretty much.

There's only been a few games recently that I played everday for a few weeks (The Last of Us, Dark Souls, Borderlands 2) but besides that I don't really game out that much anymore.

GTAV will probably be another one of those games whenever I get it.

As long as I'm bored and don't have anything planned, I'll play games.

Really want to play GTA V right now ;(

Depends on the game. Lately I haven't been gaming as much mostly due to social life and recreation activity (book, keeping in shape) as well as job hunting. When I have a set schedule of either work or school or both. I very seldom play games unless I am in the mood. Otherwise: I am limited to playing for maybe 2 hours a day?

Never, as long as good games keep coming out I'll be playing games till I die. I have 500-1000 hours on some games but keep playing them because they are fun.

You're a girl, you won't understand :sarcasm:

Okay lol, never mind then

I remember being really addicted to wwe games  Spent like 6 hours a day on them.

Thing with some games is they are an expression of your deepest fantasies. You can do whatever you want and let you escape into this emmersive universe. Like with books, shows, movies etc. Some games have amazing stories and it just sucks you in. Some people think "oh you play games har har har call of duty" lolnope. Ain't nobody got time fo DAT. Give me a game with a good story that sucks you in aka RPG games everyday of the week. The storytelling in some games is just amazing And can be better than say reading a book.

This song was on the radio today in GTA. Nothing like in a 4 star cop chase and just jamming to it

Bake me a pie of love.

Sound track is sick in this game.

It is kinda cool, because you get transported into this new intriguing world and you cam do things you can't in the real world.

I played gta3 when it came out and was so lost. I had no idea how to use my weapons. I just spend time chasing the hookers  Don't think I even got passed the third mission.

Exactly like me. my free time is filled sometimes by video games, sometimes by netflix, sometimes by playing guitar or writing music. i get easily hooked by things, most recently Fringe on netflix. before that was farcry 3, before that was skyrim. havent played a game in weeks though but thatll change when i finally get gta 5 lol.

Video games for me are pretty much either NHL or FIFA  I can go a few months with only playing a day or two a week and then all of the sudden go on a spree of 2 hours a day on games for like a month. Depends on what's going on in real life I guess.

Thinking of doing a one year college program (8 months starting in January) and going to University next fall.

Is that even possible? Would I still apply to University the same way a high school student would through OUAC?

No it wouldnt be through ouac. you would apply as a student outside of high school, and normally you have to write them a short letter explaining what youve been doing since your last bout with acadaemia and why youd like to attend their university. it shouldnt be a problem to get in, but it is a slightly different process than if you were applying straight from high school. call the registrar of the unicyou want to go to and theyll walk you through it.

completely unrelated: wow i am pretty sloshed. working at a restaurant makes it way too ****ing wasy to drink. ive had free drinks all night.

Same with me. Except I go on sprees of like 8+ hours a day gaming  then maybe stop for a bit to watch some new shows. I'm either addicted to a new show or game that I am busy with 5-15 hours a day lol.

Do you know if it's somewhat a common thing? The college program would end in august I think so I don't know if that would be cutting it close.

So like my parents like to say, I'm always living in a fastasy world, with no touch on reality  I have to admit its true, always getting addicted to new shows and games and that is basically what I do in my spare time.
