Kessel had a nasty streak from time to time for sure. All stick work though so not particularly courageous.

Matthews fears a serious injury. The teams core is run down and uninspired too often. They know deep down they don't have the horses to win in the playoffs. The spots won't change so the teams makeup better.

Matthews is an extremely uninspiring player.

Woll drifting towards the middle. Last years .907 sv% looking closer to the norm than the .920 he had to begin the year.

Expected, but I think we also expected the team to be somewhat functional and be able to score a few goals to win a game here and there. Alas...

Yep McCabe has been awesome this season and his absence is a huge loss.

McCabe and Stolarz were huge reasons for the early season success and we need them back healthy.

Right now the team looks gassed and not playing very good hockey.

I think McCabe in has the defense slotted in the right positions. Now we have guys playing minutes they probably shouldn’t be. This team needs quite a few things to be a contender. 2C, scoring winger and a puck moving dman

I told my brother whose also a leafs fan, I can't see this team losing to anyone in the Eastern Conference besides mayb FLO.

We have been shit since then.

Offense, defense, special teams, coaching and goaltending has fallen flat 3 games in a row now
