I've always been supportive of Keefe but his choice of players in OT is unacceptable. There has to be consequences.

And taking solace in a loss like this is so counterproductive. New Jersey is trying to be ascendant, while the Leafs are supposed to be near the top of the mountain, successfully beating down new upstarts.

Toronto gave everything they could. What you saw is all this group can ever be. They cannot give any more than we witnessed tonight. Clean house now, MLSE.

Yes, his 2 ev goals are concerning. And hard to believe that's all he has at this point. I'm not sure why it isn't getting more attention.

Teams are limiting him and suffocating the Leafs top 6. There have been almost no adjustments to the Leafs approach from a coaching perspective. Simply swapping Marner and Nylander does not count.
