Outplayed them bigly in the first and third. Laughably bad in the 2nd got it to OT. No killer instinct in OT to lose.

Is anyone surprised by this type of game from the team anymore? How can we expect anything different come playoff time?

Refs did their best to give Montreal a win in regulation so they at least got a point

Yuck. Utterly dominated the 1st, then just … let up. Crap 2nd, good in the 3rd but not good enough, reasonably weak OT effort.

Oh well, got a point, but it should have been 2. Team showed how much better they are in the 1st, but just did not maintain the effort/focus.

Samsonov was great, no particular player was awful (though JT and Sandin had a few rough moments), effort overall just wasn’t good enough after the 1st.
