I think Dubas has to take some heat, it’s obvious acquiring a veteran LD was important. Losing Muzzin hurt us

Get bent. It was an unlucky bounce off Bogosian's shin pad.
So make the save? Tipped shots are saveable are they not? He saves that shot 9/10, he choked there, we needed a save no matter what happened there. We dominated overtime and price made huge save after huge save and campbell let’s in the 3rd shot he faces??

matthews and marner with 30 mins of ice time, we went from babcock playing his favourites too much and not M&M enough, too Keefe playing them too much. Even when they are playing like dog shit.

The contract sagas of Matthews/Marner/Nylander were the signals this team is not going to win. Bettman sees this team as little more than a piggy bank, so they made sure to cash in. Homegrown talent like Marner can f*** right off.

The way to win in this NHL is to have players who want to play for you and take discounts to win.

Boston, Tampa, Colorado - the top teams in the league all have players who took team favorable contracts.

Really - that to me, was the biggest indicator that this core will never win.

I'm sorry, but that was the most obvious Coach's Challenge I've ever seen. Toffoli was absolutely interfering with both Brodie AND Campbell, and of course the NHL takes less than 20 seconds to decide that it's good. Contrast with the 8 minutes they spent on the Game 3 goal with Thornton's stick. Anyone doubt they'd already decided to call this one a goal before they even looked upstairs?

Campbell gave up on the play. He didn't try to get back. If he did he could have made it that Tofolli interfered with him.

Campbell had a straight ass game like its up not for argument

Andersen is called ass for game 6 and 7 vs Boston in 2019 and right fully so

That's what Campbell had tonight. He blew it

Yes, most realistic fans can see it from miles away.

Can't wait for those blowhards to show up to tell us "we are going to win."

It is not happening with this core.

Yea.. Im beginning to think this team hates the number 4 like most Chinese people. For our Chinese folk around here, correct me if I am wrong but I heard the number 4 means/symbolize “die”.

You still got to like Toronto’s chances in game 7. They absolutely dominated that overtime period. More often than not you will be rewarded for that effort.
