The beakout kills me. At one point, I think in the 3rd, the D had the puck in the corner and had a guy open at the hash marks, but rather than pass it to the wide open guy he flipped it up the glass to the blueline, to the waiting Panthers defenceman... like, wtaf. Zero composure. Laughable really.

It really feels like our gameplan is all based on a hope and a prayer. Fck, we looked so physically weak out there tonight.

It's just 1 game, but I am still concerned that they can be that bad...

Panthers just made our Leafs their little pets tonight. I think all the talks of Panthers tanking , 8-1-1 in last 10….had gone to their heads and thought this was an easy game.

We can blame Reilly all we wanted but the whole
team was outshot almost 2-1 while AM and Willie had ZERO shot after 40mins. Forgot to mention Panthers played with Bennett, Tkachuk and Ekblad.

The top two lines had scoring chances, no other lines did... they still sucked, but they still did the most, everyone deserves to be called out.

If the Leafs play the Panthers in the playoffs, this is probably exactly what's going to happen again. Leafs offense getting shutdown by Florida who steps it up and smothers our best players. Stolarz will have to be 1993 playoff Patrick Roy for the Leafs to go anywhere in the playoffs.

Also Minten scored his first goal with the Bruins in his 3rd game playing for them, tying him with Laughton with one goal in 14 games. Good trade Brad!

When I look at the Eastern playoff teams, there is only 1 team I believe we would beat in a seven game series. The Devils.

The rest all come with either mental instability issues, like FLA, TBL, OTT, MTL or are simply just better like FLA, WSH and CAR. Yes, I know I listed FLA twice, I think they have us either way.

This will be a big moment for these up-to-now-failures to show they are capable of getting the job done.

My beleaf is high. My belief is non-existant if I am being honest.
