As much as I like what Dubas did, he needs to go. But he won’t bc he still got one last bullet which is trade away a piece of the core.

He built a team with no size,heart,desire,guts and easily shut down and put in a coach with no NHL experience to teach players with no playoff winning experience.

I bet Dubas is a championship winning GM in xbox but as a real GM he is a failure.
