In the meantime, Kampf + Reaves + Klingberg are excellent ways to clear cap for a defenseman

I will never understand the logic behind wanting to trade one of our few producing player.

Is that going to fix the issue for us doing stupid things like signing Klingberg for $4m when you can get the same thing from Gustaffson for $1m or paying Kampf 2.5 when you can get the same thing on the UFA market for $1m.

Reeves job no longer exists in the league today. It has been going away for a while but it died completely when Kassian was suspended for trying to force Tkachuk to fight a couple years ago.
Someone like Reeves can’t force the rats in the league to fight and none of them are going to fight him by choice. But it won’t stop the rats from being rats because they know no one can hold them accountable

But he could be obnoxious, like Maroon is, and be more effective.
Scrum after every whistle, just be a jerk, but he is doing nothing.
Waive him to the Marlies until he understands his role.
