With the way the defense and goaltending has been, it's not going to matter how many goals they score. You have to fix those two issues first if you even want to think about going anywhere.

Exactly. Not to mention the goalie is the biggest part of a teams defense.

That’s why I’m pissed we lost Dubas. He was finally going to make a trade. You have to believe Marner was going to be the guy traded before his NMC kicked in. We were finally going to get a major trade.

Reaves isn't doing his job.

Reeves job no longer exists in the league today. It has been going away for a while but it died completely when Kassian was suspended for trying to force Tkachuk to fight a couple years ago.
Someone like Reeves can’t force the rats in the league to fight and none of them are going to fight him by choice. But it won’t stop the rats from being rats because they know no one can hold them accountable
