Now we are getting closer to da playoff lineup .. sub out Gally for Hyman once he is back .. move down Kerfoot to 4th line when Nash inserts in and likely that is where it ends up ... power and toughness on every line

Yeah I wouldn't mind those moves although they may keep Gally in. The vets will probably stay in because of who they are... but really Gally has been pretty good and should stay in over someone like Thornton.

Also Gally could stay on 2nd line. Nash on 3rd like you said with Hyman and mik for a shutdown line.

Then kerfoot on your 4th with Spezza and Thornton or Simmonds would be a really good line still. Either way pretty stacked if Leafs can get healthy by the playoffs.

I’m really hoping Simmonds is just playing “soft” right now because he doesn’t want to re-injur his wrist. But come playoffs he needs to at least be willing to start scrums and stuff to justify being in the lineup.

I genuinely forgot he was even on the team. He needs to make his presence felt.

Ya it’s concerning, he has contributed basically nothing. He was supposed to add grit and toughness and he has been a ghost

Adam Brooks is taking a 4th line spot finally. Robertson/Brooks/Nash is a 4th line i want to see down the stretch.

I say that because Robertson is not going to see top 6 now with Hyman and Foligno taking the top left wing spots.

I would rather Gally than Jumbo too ... don't get me wrong ... but I see Keefer playing Jumbo ... my guess there was a SECRET promise made here ... funny thing is my wife went for a walk a week or so back with her best girlfriend (libs who social distance/mask even outside) ... well on Watersedge road guess who they walk into ... and even funnier they don't even know him at all they notice his daughter on her roller blades ... she is so sweet with beautiful long blonde hair they say .. big tall dude comes out of driveway who is huge and massive beard ... 2 women talking to his daughter he comes over again social distancing with masks here .. and he says he is a hockey player .. they all LOL and continue on walk ... then a couple nights ago I am screaming at TV (what a crazy my wife thinks) at Jumbo and she says wow i saw that guy a week ago .. he said he was a hockey player .. she had no idea he was on Leafs and thought he was a little rough to be in neighbourhood ... she tuned out of NHL for good, unless her son plays a game, after Bruins game 2 playoff game in Boston ... ps she still does not understand offside, thinks fighting should be banned and can't stand arenas as way too cold .. but she married a hockey player go figure .. crazy world we live in

If Liljegren doesn’t get into the lineup with Bogo out and instead they dress Sandin or Dermott or Hutton to man the right side I have no faith he will ever be given a chance and hope he gets traded in the off season ... for his own sake.

I fully expect him to play tonight and will look forward to seeing how he’s utilized by Keefe

If Liljegren isn't in the Leafs future plans, take solace in the fact that Dubas has shown with other players that if they're not getting a chance in Toronto he's willing to move them somewhere they'll get an opportunity to play.

Funny the rough looking guy in the neighbourhood is richer than everyone put together probably lol. Probably how Jumbo likes it.

Brooks is a AAAA player. Not a guy you don't mind putting in the lineup if you need to, but he should not be a part of our top 12 come playoffs time.

Not to mention that you would likely need to sit Spezza to make that line happen, and Spezza is not a guy who deserves to be sitting in the playoffs.

I think he might be. Dubas seems very in touch with player's feelings. If they're sad, he'll make a move to cheer them up.

Brooks is going to take a fourth line spot. Completely disagree and he will decide who is right between us i guess
