I do that on a regular basis. Probably 90% of my viewing is pvr'd so I can skip ads.

I don't know how I ever lived with out a PVR.
ATleast today's game is on TSN so pre game and intermission are watchable.

Unlike that other station, especially the mid week games..

I hate watched the soiler the other night.

Hope the leafs show up for today's game..

So they're calling a road game a regional just so they can black it out. f*** the NHL and all who look like it, most amateurish, transparently run business in the friggin world.

Goals haha. I've missed 2 Leaf games in the past 5 years. One was for the birth of my Daughter and the other was for my wife's birthday party a few years back.

No Perry, no Hall means the very bad Hawks are even worse.
So bad that Corey Perry being out actually has an impact on the team.

The Leafs however do have a history of raising/lowering their game based on the opponent so I expect either a really slow start, even being outscored early on before they finally wake up, or they get a big lead and do as they often do with a big lead: Try to pad it & completely forget about team defense hanging the goalie out to dry.

Let's hope they avoid that trend and just get a solid win.

People need to let that go. The Leafs didn't lose to a zamboni driver. That zamboni driver let in 2 goals on 3 shots right after entering the net and let the Leafs back in it. The Canes proceeded to lock down the third to protect the zamboni driver and limited the leafs to like 9 shots. People act like David ayers had a 40 save shut out over a full game or something.

I've never quite understood why so many people are fixated on that game. Much ado about nothing, if you ask me. Teams lose to third or fourth string goalies all the time and, as you, it's not like the guy came in and became the second coming of Ken Dryden. He was about as good as one might expect from a fourth string goalie.

I've never quite understood why so many people are fixated on that game. Much ado about nothing, if you ask me. Teams lose to third or fourth string goalies all the time and, as you, it's not like the guy came in and became the second coming of Ken Dryden. He was about as good as one might expect from a fourth string goalie.

It's the same with the Boston "it was 4-1" that team barely scraped into the playoffs and were using Colton Orr, Fraser McLaren and Mark Fraser at the same time in playoff games. That team took Boston to game 7ot. Yeah they blew a lead but that could very easily have been a gigantic humiliation for Boston to lose to such a team. It's all about perspective.

Way I see it is I can find alternative methods where I don’t pay and the NHL doesn’t get **** including my viewer count.
