No way I make that trade. Kaberle was at his prime and he was a stud. People remember him for his latter years but forget how good he was

For the very reason you mentioned Flyers backed out. They too realized the potential Lindros playing for his home town with Sundin. He would have gone crazy

Between Clarke and everyone else in the league, I believe everyone else. Clarke was a POS of a player and GM

I actually know Kaberle was a stud, just saying that PQ must have loved him a lot too which shows what a good player Kaberle really was.

Philly loved Kaberle too. I think there was another trade for Jeff Carter and 1st and we declined :(

Honestly Hughson, Miller, and Cuthbert are far superior to like jokes about how bad Romanuk is, is kinda getting old.

Haha, he put it where he wanted jvr to be. Mitch pass first Marner

He had plenty time and space. He could have carried that and there was no way JVR could have anticipated that

This is where I think Marner has to hold on to the puck a bit more.

How classless is Sportsnet? Stop talking about the headshot on Lindros.

They pulled a similar stunt about Sami Kapanen too if I recall earlier this season when Kasperi was up.

Yes Greg, Matthews would have gotten smoked 20 years ago because there were dirtbag players like Stevens around. It baffles me that Stevens is celebrated. He made a career out of elbowing people. He was a dirty player and wanted to hurt people, despite what dummy Millen will say.

It was Bozak and he went the wrong way. Pass went to the net, Bozak broke away from there as soon as it left Marners stick.

Sitting at a desk.
Nice night for Lindros hey remember the time a goon ruined one of the most promising careers in hockey history?

No? Okay we will remind you all night.

honestly, hockey play or not - Stevens ended or seriously hurt a tonne of talented players.
it's all well and good to feel "devastated" but he did it way too much
