Just asking users on here and twitter, Leafs pretty much can't play him when they are accumulating cap space. This is the biggest reason why all the D have played every game and no changes have been made even on back to backs.

Yeah he deserves some games too. Hopefully they'll both get a few in as the season is winding down. Injuries happen too so itd be good to get them in some games incase that happened.

I think Bogo's solid, reliable play on the third pairing was somewhat unexpected and the Leafs have not had much of a reason to take him out of the line up for a guy like Lily.
