Super enjoyable game. The only thing that would have made it better is Matthews being available to partake in the beatdown

Pittsburgh is in a world of hurt. I doubt they make the playoffs this season. Or next. If they can't make it when Crosby/Malkin still playing at a high level, what will happen when they drop off or retire?

And Kyle is around for how many more years? Brilliant.

Honestly, what these guys are doing with all the injuries and sickness is extremely impressive.

Not just with guys being out, but the lines and pairings have been in constant flux because we can't get our full lineup out on the ice at the same time. Treliving has added some excellent depth and versatility that we could've only dreamt of these last few years. And in such a short space of time.

Love the grit and snot we've added.
