One comment on this California road trip, and that is the previous two games seemed to be against teams who were not really that good. Is Anaheim any good? I don't know. Wonder who is coach? If they are just average, then this 18 wheeler will road kill these Mighty Ducks, just like they did with the mighty Sharks and mighty Kings. They had some nice shinny helmets though.

The tin foil caps did not psych out this Leafs team, the truck keeping on trucking, road kill those hockey playing thugs.

I don't really have a problem with his play. I just think Liljegren has been really good and has potential and I want him to get as many games in as possible while the team is playing well and winning. He needs to find his offensive game at this level and he's had plenty of looks just needs more time and one to go in and maybe that's history.

And I also think it's unfair to keep Dermott scratched as he has played really well in the top 4 as well. So it's Sandin or Holl. I'd rather Holl for similar reasons to Lilly.

Yeah, Dermott's looking like the odd man out. But the Leafs need 7-8 D who can play regularly in case of injuries.

People get an opinion and never move off it - no matter what. Ironic since Babcock was fired for that. Ego is a human failing.

That’s why I’m not really in favour of trading Holl or Dermott at the moment. At some point one of our 7 D is gonna get hurt and we’ll need a good fill in.

If they were to go in a deal for a top 4 upgrade, that’s a different story.

Makes sense to scratch Lijl after last game. Two unforced fans up the middle in your own end generally doesn't go over well. With our "rotation", he'll be back in soon IMO
