im scared how good we are currently as a team defensively. its too good to be true lol.

We've been good defensively since Muzzin and Brodie were on the Leafs at the same time, and Holl discovered simultaneously that he was pretty good.

Toronto the better team this period overall though. Anaheim was the better team in the first period, shot total wise at least.

We don't need Mik, that 3rd line was running like a well oiled machine before Kase' went down with an injury.

Leafs are playing with fire here. They haven't been horrible but they have let down their guard for long stretches in both periods. Hoping for a better team in the third. They owe Campbell a seafood dinner so far.

There’s a sense of maturity and confidence that i haven’t seen with this team in many many years even when they are pressed in their zone …
Very nice to witness
I’m truly impressed seriously and realistically for the first time in a very long time
Kudos to all the hard work from everyone in place and the players
Sprinkle in one crushing defeat after another and add the maturity and work ethic and the right mix and solid tending and you get this more often than not .
