Exactly. Tavares doesn’t fit in the perimeter puck distributor/playmaker/down low sniper role. He should park his body in the crease and get the juicy rebounds in front of the net. Pay the price physically and score them dirty goals.

Yeah he's basically the faceoff guy and the garbage man with the hands in tight. Any skill work or perimeter role means you're going to screw up the flow in a major way.
