COD 4 was da GOAT of all COD games. Nothing will ever compare to that. Kinda miss the days of being able to play FPS on days end without getting bored/having responsibilities.

Exceptional:
Modern Warfare

Good:
COD 2
World at War
Black Ops

Mediocre:
Modern Warfare 2
OG COD
COD 3

The rest, I don't like at all.

Blops 2 > Blops > MW > World At War > MW2 > MW3(traded in after a month) > Ghost (each successor somehow makes this game better) > Blops 3 >Advanced (Exo suits - the Canuck fans of COD).

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare gets my vote.

Also, anyone see the first trailer for NHL 17? Looks promising

MW2 is the best cod of all time.

Definitely with you on this one. I had way too much fun with that game in high school.

Black Ops was fun as all hell too. Haven't played a shooter online as much since the first Black Ops. I got MW3 but I didn't play that online as much as the other two. I got Halo 5 at Christmas, but I've found that FPS' bore me now.

Nintendo is delaying Zelda Wii U
gurrrrr.

The NX console will have to absolutely blow me a way to convince me to buy it. I'm not even that big of a Zelda fan but being a loyal Wii U owner and not getting a current gen Mario Platformer or new Zelda sucks.

At least I have time to finish Wind-Waker HD now.

well People keep saying that - but there was Mario 3D World - that was pretty good. but I am guessing you mean like something akin to Mario Galaxy or something?

Like I was really, really considering getting the NX. I mean. I'm a Nintendo Girl through and through. most of the games y'all talk about - i'm like "wooosssh". (I think the only PS games I'd want is Soul Caliber and Dynasty Warriors - so it's no sense to me to get that system) - I don't play NHL/Sports games so Xbox is worthless.

Zelda. Mario(ish) stuff, some next gen games, etc and Nintendo has me, but I'm not gettting handled anything (so 3DS etc - useless), and NX is apparently geared to mobile - I only use my phone for apps and a camera. so if that's the focus - no thanks, NX. (which would be only the 2nd system I never got - N64 is the other one).

you should finish Windwaker.. I like it :)

:laugh:Nevermind....some type of game I guessing.

Had you going for a second.

Yes, a game from the Call of Duty series that came out seven years ago. Had a lot of fun playing it with friends back in the uni days.

I'm a foody so my mind went that way.

Other than playing the odd Wii game with the kids, the last time I played a game was Nintendo 64.

My favourite thing to do in school was to go over to my friends house over lunch to play N64 super smash bros...I'll never forget those memories haha

3d World was awesome I'll give you that.

I'm loyal to Nintendo as well, got the Wii U before my XBone. And too be fair, I did get a lot of mileage out of Mario Kart, Smash Bros., Hyrule Warriors and Splatoon. I'm just sad that there doesn't seem to be that definitive Nintendo Game on the console. Nothing akin to Sunshine or Galaxy anyway.

You missed out on N64. Diddy Kong Racing for life.

MW > World at War > MW2 > Black Ops > MW3 > Black Ops 2 > Black Ops 3 > whatever else is left.

Top 3 are all pretty close. I got WaW as my first CoD but went back and bought MW afterwards. It has by far the best online imo. MW2 was probably in the prime of my gaming days so I will always have the best memories playing that game at the end of elementary school and the beginning of highschool. I also use to love the idea of being able to mod things at the time (gamertag etc...) and MW2 was when it was its biggest. There was nothing more fun for me then trying to actually get into a 10th prestige lobby for free.

Everybody is forgetting about Big Red One, which was the best pre MW CoD game AINEC. I'd probably put it 2nd behind MW, but the games got so boring quickly.

Black Ops is by far my favorite and the one I think was the best. I loved MW, MW 2 was great and World at War was a sweet call back to where COD came from, but Black Ops was where COD was at its best for me.

It had the old school feel of World at War and the original World War 2 based games, just not as played out. The Cold War setting was awesome. It had a better developed Zombies mode than World at War (which was still fun but Black Ops did it better IMO). It actually had a semi interesting and decent storyline. The original Nuketown was amazing, and still the best map I've ever played in. Summit also was incredible, especially in gun game. And they had all the mini games before they either ruined them or took them away. I played Gun Game and One in the Chamber for hours through university.

Black Ops will forever be the best COD game IMO.

Before MW I only ever played the campaign of any games. MW was like my induction into online gamine, but Black Ops was really where it took off.

I think one of the biggest factors for MW & WaW being 2 of my top 3 is based on the simple kill streak system. I always liked that system. Zombies was awesome when it first came out (the 3 expansion maps were awesome imo). I also loved the camo challenges back in MW too. I spent so long going for gold guns and I liked it more when it was 1 gun per gun class.

I agree though that Black Ops was really good. I spent a lot of time on Zombies and that was mainly what I played because it was that good. I just have something for favouring the original.

Nuketown was an awesome map. Shipment was always my favourite mini map because it was complete chaos though.

I have to say though, I don't think anything in any of the COD games can top the feeling of when I got my 1st nuke. That was probably one of my top gaming moments ever :laugh:

The NFL draft is so slow and boring compared to the NHL one. Though it could be because I know the hockey prospects more and enjoy NHL over NFL.
