That captain should be Muzzin to me. JT is too robotic and Rielly to me is very inconsistent

love the way Hyman is adding some flash to his play. Confidence is insane. Just doing some little dangles here and there and its opening up chances

Worried he wont be able to afford him, but i'd do everything to keep him. Sucks we have to wait til after the expansion and quietly hide a deal under the table, some team is going to throw money at him to play with their best player

Nice part about Hyman is he wants to be a Leaf and his family is already independently wealthy so here is hoping he will sign at a decent wage and stick around...He plays pro hockey because he loves it not because it’s his key to being wealthy

The sign of a great organization I think is when you have multiple leaders who can be captain for your team but there is little drama/negativity over who has the official moniker.

JT is a solid captain. Mo could be C as could Matty and a bunch if other guys. These players are maturing and becoming leaders. Cant wait for the youth infusion in the next few years with elite in prime vets leading the charge

That's kind of funny really... Especially the Jets... at this point, they "appear" to be our best competition in the division, yet they just fell 4-0 to the Canucks and fell further behind... of course everyone is going to lose the odd game or two that they shouldn't. The other funny thing, Habs were Juggernauts at one point, until we played them, and knocked them down. Then it's the Oilers that are the comp to our division lead, and we are knocking them down... next up, Jets.

Of course, Oilers have that firepower, so we really have to keep the pedal down here, and win the next two periods.
