It blows my mind how we have the best goal scorer in the world and Rielly and Marner are shooting for tips from Simmonds and Thornton

I think it’s because Rielly has issues passing the puck to the right wing area across his body or because teams are playing that passing lane so being a not great QB Rielly defaults to catching with Marner or forcing low percentage shots.

Nice rush by Robertson there, and threw his body on Weber. No clue why he isn't getting a look with some better players or time on the PP.

Jumbo Joe is providing excellent wisdom on both PP1 and PP2.

It doesn't matter if the PP is 1/50. As long as Jumbo is bringing leadership and wisdom for the younger players, I would play Thornton on both PP units if I could.

Even if he had no hands, I would still play him. He's just too good.

You can get by without a good PP in the playoffs, but you definitely need a good PK.

Bad PP means 1 in 5, not 1 in 35. 1 in 35 tells the other team "feel free to injure whoever you want".

Have you watched in Philly or Buffalo last year? this is who he kinda is.

Early in the season he was with the new team, new stuff. Then things normalize
