I've been seeing for a while we need to go 5 forwards to fix the PP. No D on this team has any powerplay skills.

Matthews was in selke talks before injury. Hyman is our D guru. Marner is Pk1. We're in good hands still.

I'd go with the three shooters up high in Nylander, Tavares, and Matthews with Marner and another playmaker at the net sides to set it all up.

If we have a 100% complete and utter lack of a PP in the playoffs, I see another first round exit.

I don't blame coaches or anything. I blame our outrageously expensive core forwards. This is ENTIRELY on them.

You can get by without a good PP in the playoffs, but you definitely need a good PK.
