He's separated himself from Raymond, Zegras, and Lundell for me, but let's be honest. Seider's looking like a dominant 2 way top-pair defenseman on a trash team who has almost identical production to Bunting, and is 6 years younger.
It's about who has the better season not who may end up the better player. But yeah I still think Seider is a little ahead but Bunting is 2nd now IMO.

Anyone remember when Nylander and Kerfoot were leading the team in points about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Anyone realize that Matthews has 20 points on them now?

Tavares beats 2 guys behind the net and sticks it on Nylanders tape for the easy tap in. Guy has been taking way too much heat lately. Yes, hes playing poorly but the guy has been a point per game player his time here and is maybe the best faceoff man in the game. Get off his back.

Yeah exactly. I mean lots of time left in the season and Bunts has been amazing but Seider is the real deal I think. Detroit will be good soon enough if they build right. That Seider kid looks really solid.

Brodie with holl play great together, maybe should be good to try
rielly-lyubushkin
muzzin-sandin

when everyone one will be there.

It wasn't pretty for Mrazek but he did well. I hope he can keep it up... but man, he has to keep it simple.

I thought he played pretty well for the number of scrambles in front of him.

It has not been anywhere near as clean as it has been for Campbell and Mrazek is handling it well (and getting some luck too).

I am not nervous about Mrazek making the saves he needs to make based on what he showed in the first period.

Thoughts on nicknames for our players?

I was thinking something like Pierre "The Problem" Engval, maybe, Mitch "The Magician" Marner, Auston "Nostrils" Matthews.

We could have a vote or come to an agreement on which nicknames are most suitable.
