Hopefully Boston and Florida beat the piss outta each other tomorrow. I feel like TB was gonna be our hardest match up just because the core of that group takes control of games and stays in control. Hopefully the rest of the playoffs our core can do that same thing more consistently. Also I hope we go back to 12-6.

Since the Habs won game 5, I have been negative about this team, unimpressed until they won a round, not believing they had it in them. Tonight, instead of being negative and nervous, I was upbeat and positive the whole game. When people were down on Tavares, I said he would not only score, but he would end the series. And here we are. This is uncharted water and these guys are at the helm of their own destiny. Let's GOOOO!
I have to eat a big crow for calling Tavares out for not being a factor if we win. And I am happily eating them, would love to eat even more crows if we keep winning like this.

the star of this series was.Smasonov, no doubt.

In all honesty, Tampa deserved to win this series. Leafs tenacity paid off though and they didn't alow T.B into their interior very often.

Consider the juggernaught, although weakened, that the Leafs just beat. The have to believe.

Imagine if Boston loses tomorrow?

Acciari played well.

I’ll have to watch the OT again but I think He blocked the shot to get it out of their end in OT and don’t think it ever went back in, and I don’t know if Tampa had puck possession after that.
Acciari was the most effective and underrated player this whole game. So far in the playoffs, I find that whenever Acciari and ROR are playing their game, its tilt the ice for the Leafs.

Main boards are going to be saying that Leaf fans are celebrating like they just won the Cup.

What nobody under the age of 20 will remember is that Leaf fans have always gone crazy after every series win, even back when it was a fairly regular occurrence.

Anyone recall Mike Foligno's "I'm going to Yonge Street"?

Who cares, we're Toronto lol, I mean, lol

We are celebrating like we just won the Stanley Cup.

A young guy a work with told me he was going to go out and slash some tires around town in celebration.

I am going to assume he was joking? But damn, young people these days.......

I am gonna allow myself to be happy as hell tonight, do a lot of fist bumping and talking about the game tomorrow with people.

Then I'll worry about the next round.

I think we deserve it when it's been 19 freakin' years since we've felt a real win that meant anything.

So much love to all Leafs fans out there right now. f*** that monkey!
