Yeah, I don't mean to be a downer but I have a feeling this is the game that the team point streak ends, and maybe even Marner's streak.

For whatever reason against the Rangers games are either high scoring sloppy affairs or their goalie decides to go god mode and rob the Leafs all night.

In the Matthews/Marner/Nylander era the Leafs are 7-4-4 against them despite being the better team for most of that time. Not an awful record but not great either.

Off the top of my head

Those two games georgiev went god in 2018-2019
Shesterkin last year in that 44-23 or something OT loss for when Matthews came back first time

They usually get outplayed but goaltending keeps them in it
