Oh yes, it is very hard to rank, much harder than I thought.

Ray Whitney, Timmonen, Brodeur, and Selanne are not getting any younger, let alone my core guys are all around 30ish on forward.

True, but it's a keeper league so in the draft people were putting an emphasis on the future and long-term then short term.. Brodeur was one of the last picks of the actual draft. Made stuff really interesting.
