It'd be hard, cause like every rink would have to have all of those different sized nets. Also, if a goalie gets pulled mid-game, you'd have to go out and change the nets too.
In theory it makes sense, but practically it doesn't.
And if we don't make the playoffs, people will say "Ha ha, they can't even make the playoffs in a shortened season!". It's just comes with the territory of being a Leafs fan.
But anyone who discounts a Cup victory because of a shortened season is just bitter that they're favourite team wasn't able to win it. In '95 the Devils swept a Wings team who lost only 13 of 60 games (or there abouts) before the Stanley Cup Finals. Shortened season or not, beating a team with those kinds of numbers 4 straight times is damn impressive.
Yea that's true.
I'd rather just tank this year, I can stomach 25-30 or so losses in a 48 game season in order to land a top calibre prospect

. Sarnia beat us in OT in Sarnia. We were leading 3-0 and 5-3 in the game too! Lost 6-5. Would have tied the record that night.Canada got 4th

Interesting marinade for my chicken that I barbecued tonight that I found online .. It was made up of soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, and garlic .. But damn was it good on the chicken when it was all cooked

Rielly play well at all? I take it Subban sucked in the final couple games cause I think I saw Binnington got his first start of the tourney in the bronze medal game?

Was watching ESPN when I got a chance on the cruise, never any mention of the WJC. Was on the TV at McD we went to when we crossed the border and I saw that
Rielly played well at times and struggled at times as well. Spott did not give him the ice time he deserved. He played Ryan Murphy too much. Rielly had a great 3rd period today against Russia.
Subban struggled the first 2 games, then played really well against USA and Russia. We played USA in the semis and the team played horrible. The goals weren't Subban's fault. Binnington came in in relief and played well and Spott decided to go with him against Russia for Bronze, which I thought was an odd decision. He let in 3 goals and got pulled and Subban finished the rest of the game. 6-5 loss in OT.

So busy between doing family stuff and what I wanted to do
The family stuff was visiting the islands and going to some shows. Although the shows I went to were pretty good. I missed some acrobat show because I was feeling a little sick, apparently I get seasick 
But there was also a skating show that was good, tiny ice surface but they were going crazy still. Also saw a musical (Saturday Night Fever), was alright. Made stops in Falmouth Jamaica and Labadee Haiti. In Jamaica we walked up a waterfall (which was awesome) and had a bit of a boat tour (not really much of a tour, just went up along the coast, nobody talked). Also a lot of driving in Jamaica to get to those things so got to see a lot of it (the tourist Jamaica and the real Jamaica), was neat.
Haiti, I can't really say I saw Haiti. The part of the island we visited was owned by the cruise company (Royal Caribbean) so everything is beautiful looking and quite honestly looked completely planned. By that I mean trees and rocks looked placed and not natural. But it was still really nice. Went zip-lining and went to a great beach for a couple hours.
Side thing that was also kind of interesting was someone was getting medically evacuated (no idea what for but I hope they are alright) so a helicopter had to come in. Watched it fly around the boat for probably an hour. Don't get to see them flying at eye level up close often at all.
Also went skating with the family on the boats ice surface at one point. They got mad at us and kicked us off the ice because we were causing havoc playing tag
We were pretty much the only people who could skate (so basically the only Canadians there at the time ) and we were playing tag weaving in and out of everyone which freaked some people causing them to fall 
Was great.

Welcome back Grant. We tried to catch the Habs board while you were gone but fell short.
I probably only saw about 100 minutes of Canada playing but I will 3rd it.
Hmmm, it is Saturday, I think that is when I did the last few updates, will see if I get around to it. Still catching up on emails and stuff.

This is how I feel about the NHL and NHLPA.
What has been the news with the lockout recently? ESPN has diddly squat about the NHL, especially with all the college football bowls that have been going on.
I'm guessing due to internet slang but I missed all the stuff that got deleted
I don't even know what the old title was Also since some old awesome shows/movies were being listed way earlier in the thread, I feel I should mention PMK was the best show.
