Really rooting for this kid!
His Mom helped my daughter with a rare kidney disease so I have nothing but love for this Family

1G 1A tonight. He's really added another dimension to Spokane.
Tyson, albeit a smaller fellow, likely has no problem with the mis-readingGotta admit. I read the last name as Juggernaut first.
First thing I did was look him up. 6' 160lb. lolTyson, albeit a smaller fellow, likely has no problem with the mis-reading
What a goal tonight! 2G and 1A. A bit reminiscent of another #27, Scotty Niedermayer.
He’s been such a great addition for Portland
Any sense he receives an ELC or is he more likely headed to USport?
I had no idea Jugnauth actually had offensive potential till he joined Portland.
Or maybe he just wants to go back to college hockey with a good teamKraken are NOT offering an ELC? That would be downright stupid of them.
It is an interesting development, I agree. Hope it works out for him!Committed to Michigan State University.
Interesting decision. He's the leading WHL in points for a defenseman. Kraken are NOT offering an ELC? That would be downright stupid of them.
Interesting as well as he has 1 and half seasons with Wisconsin under his belt.
He has a huge advantage on being a skilled overager.Good to see him putting up numbers. But after playing college hockey he would seem to have an advantage playing against kids.
It will be interesting to see if he's signed this summer.
Of course they can refuse to sign.No way for me to know for sure but I would guess he signs his ELC this season. There will be spots available in Coachella and its not like the Kraken are overflowing with D prospects.
Can a player just refuse to sign an ELC, even if he is offered one?
If he does, I would think Francis would talk to him, figure out where he wants to play, and maybe trade his rights to that team. No point in keeping a player around who doesn't want to be there.Of course they can refuse to sign.

He is still very slight and already 21 and teams only have so much room for guys his size on the back end, is he that type of guy?So he's hedging his bets both ways? If they offer an ELC, he de-commits. Can't sign an ELC and play college.
Crazier scenario is that he doesn't sign and becomes a free agent.
