I expect a big year from Scherbak, he was already one of their best players last year and that was with spending much of the season on the 3rd line with Audette. He's clearly got the skill to be a top 6 RW just needs to get stronger and improve his defensive game.

The encouraging part is he came back in his zone, caused the turnover and then went the other way to set up McCarron.

How do you scratch Jerabek? I mean he was brought down to acclimate to the smaller rink and faster play and Game 1 ths clown coach benches him?!?!

I would request to terminate the contract and head back to KHL.

If he can't handle being scratched the AHL...what do you will happen when eventually reaches the NHL and he gets scratched?

I, too, am disappointed. But it has to do with the vet rule. They opted to have him sit this one out.

Number of games in a pro league (NHL, AHL, and even European leagues).

just number of games. laval vet this game are gelinas taormina terry holland and Deslauriers + Froese is an "half-vet". they can sit gelinas easily next game or deslauriers

Laval is going to be very strong this year. I like what I"m seeing from McCarron and Sherbak.

Scherbak has been the best player on the ice so far, liking what I am seeing, confident in puck control, lot of poise, I could see it translate at the NHL level with time.

I think the concerns were about his consistency
