I do. After dealing with Yzerman for the better part of a decade why would he go to somebody as hard nosed and stubborn as SY?
Sunny California? I think Anaheim is free from the needles in parks and homeless zombies infesting streets like l.a … could be wrong …. By yes Dylan’s a little bitch 😂… Yzerman should send him to a team that hires torterella right after

is it against the rules to trade debrincat at the deadline with an agreement in place to re-sign him as a ufa?
With how much cap space teams have this offseason, and with how few good free agents there are upcoming, they're better off trading Debrincat now to maximize his value.

I could see this being a place Larkin warms up to. Young, playoff team on the way up, nice weather etc etc.

He probably wont waive for there immediately if he can hold out for some of his other teams to make an offer, but I think if it drags out and he just wants it done with... Anaheim absolutely has the assets to make the trade as well
I would try to land mctavish without Larkin being the center piece though if it were up to me. He was on the bottom 2 lines , benched I can’t see how he warrants a Larkin in a deal. Would verbeek actually throw in solberg or McQueen? I’m not too sure

And since verbeek doesn’t see mctavish in a good light I’m not sure Yzerman would look his way unless we couldn’t flip Larkin elsewhere

Id rather ask him if he likes to stay and agreed on decent contract

Ohhhhhhh ffsssss mannnnn was targeting San Jose’s 20th for sending Faulk and they got Kesselring off buffalo …. Guy who was benched and never played fetched a 1st …. Howwwww doessss this never happen for us ? Why isn’t someone sending us 20th picks for Rasmussen 🤣

No one ever wants our trash … I swear we’re gonna end up with a 2nd and 5th for Faulk at the deadline

I blame Chris illitch for making Yzerman sign scraps when we should have been tanking and could have possibly added a Leo carlsson or Gauthier and I blame Larkin for being a little bitch for that Faulk trade

Oh well …. Nevermind didn’t see they sent back the 27th pick … moved up 7 spots …. Still we couldn’t even most Rasmussen and go from 47 to 40th if we tried 😂

Obviously biased but I’d rather have dealt Faulk for pick 20th than go from 20 to 27 for kesselring 😂

the larkin not wanting to go to cali makes sense. for the non americans here, california taxes the ever loving piss out of you, especially if you make millions of dollars. this last superbowl was played in cali and the winning qb LOST $71,000 for playing in the game.
for the non californians here, this post is full of sh*t. california is the greatest place to live in the world, which is why we have the highest population in the country, by far. yea, it costs more money to live here, but that is to be expected. you wouldn't expect a bmw to cost the same as a kia, would you? the benefits far outweigh the cost. its not a coincidence that the richest and most influential people in the world live here

It's his last major contract of his career. He's going to want max term and money. He's not taking a discount to play on a bottom-feeder. Playing in Detroit next year without Larkin could kill his earnings if he puts up a bad season. If I'm his agent I'm asking out this summer to go to a contender.

Yzerman is in charge, the lengths some are willing to go to here to defend him is bs. If his pro scouts didn’t suck he could have signed more useful players.

Chris Ilitch should have forced him to fire his brother and that whole room by now, that is what I blame him for, is not holding Yzerman accountable for his failures.

I would rather own a K5 than any BMW.

I personally would never want to live there.

It’s a place for rich and superficial people. Unless you know people or are good looking with money you struggle there.

I have multiple friends (best friends) who live there. They always mention how expensive it is.

No thanks. I’d rather live in Idaho or NC.

kia k5 > any bmw? this has to be a troll post

the mental gymnastics required to convince yourself that idaho or carolina are more desirable than california are unbelievable. there's a reason they're called fly-over states

He still scored 41 goals with Copp. Fact that hasn't changed.

These narratives won't last.

Income Tax: California levies the highest top marginal income tax rate in the country at 13.3%

via google ai. im not trying to get political and it seems you are so im leaving it here. california taxing the f*** out of people is why austin texas is becoming the "new silicon valley".

chevron is moving its headquarters to texas
musk moved his companies to texas
hp moved to texas
charles schwab moved to texas
joe rogan moved to texas
oracle moved to texas

california is a tax nightmare and they cant even properly do preventative measures to combat wildfires and they steal the taxes and refuse to let homeowners rebuild on THEIR OWN LAND 2 years out. yea, real beautiful place....

also are you refuting that sam darnold lost money playing in the superbowl? that 100% happened dude

It's a completely subjective concept. I can list a dozen reasons to live/not live in California and you could post the same for Minnesota. Or anywhere else. It's a "how long is a piece of rope?" question.

I think we can’t go wrong with either of these 2 options…Forgive my ignorance, but if given the 1st line ice time/pp time could Lundell hit the 60-70 pts range?

That would probably be the best case scenario. He had that this year in Florida and didn't get to those numbers.

I don’t troll post here. Many know this.

I own two Nissans including a 370z. I own a 2001 Mustang GT as well. I know cars.

I’ve driven a K5 and the Stinger. I’ve also driven multiple BMW and they all are average compared to any Benz or Porsche: period.

Have you been to Hayley or Ketchum? Idaho Falls? Average homes that look like mansions and way cheaper compared to the bullshit in Cali. Both states all are more gorgeous than any place on Cali.

And North Carolina? The people there are amazing. Charlotte and Raleigh are stunning. Especially Charlotte and the surrounding areas.

I have hundreds of photos of you’d like to see them.

Anyways this is way off topic.

i didnt say anything remotely political, you're the first one to bring it up. i will say that you sound like a bootlicker

yea, no sh*t it costs more to live here. it should. higher taxes allow us to fund programs that benefit everyone. doesn't prevent the overwhelming majority of professional athletes, musicians, movie stars, business owners, etc, from wanting to live here. all of the corporations and billionaires that you just mentioned got filthy rich here and then left because they dont want to pay their fair share. f*ck em all. california is better off without them and i couldn't be happier that they chose self-exile. by the way, your man crush shane gillis has publicly stated that it sucks in austin and he regrets moving

why do you even care that a hundred millionaire had to pay pocket change to play on the biggest sporting stage in america? $70k is .002% of his salary. i promise you that the endorsement deals he secured off that game were worth 100x what it cost him. also, he is a grown man. playing in that game was his choice and if he didnt want to spend the money then he should have stayed his *ss home

Agree 100%. I was stationed in Camp Pendleton back in the early 00s and loved every second. I can confidently say that if I were making millions as opposed to my military pension, that's where I'd be living. Hell, if I hadn't married a girl from the Gulf Coast, I'd probably be there now. After leaving Michigan as a teenager, I've never once thought of going back for anything other than a summer vacation.

Money can't buy weather or happiness. As a millionaire athlete, I'd want to be another face in the crowd... not a lighting rod of attention every time I go golfing, out to eat, or to a club. California and Miami would ideal IMO.

i dont know anything about where you live and i don't talk about it. do not talk sh*t about my home because you couldn't imagine how special it is
