Had no luck either but i always restrict myself to one box ;) I got his synergy rookie with a code not rare but i collect for fun so don't care.

Nice, I never got a redemption. We should have a card thread.
Yeah seems pretty obvious that Suzuki/Hutson/Demidov will be our key players.
I think Guhle deserves to be in there. His impact is incredible.

If this kid knew how to be a shooting threat from long distance he would legit be competing for a Norris this year
And the Irony is

His 2 College campaigns he has the unusually high # of goals with 15 twice lol
At the moment has 5 in the NHL

But Quinn Hughes high in goals in College both years was 5, he's at 16 this year lol

Adam Fox could score 6 in College, had 17 NHL goals last year
(Hutson is already outproducing this guy as a rookie which is wow)

Yeah, his shot doesn't seem bad. I'm not sure why he hasn't used it more. He's not Subban/Weber but he can shoot the puck.

The speed at which this guy learns is incredible, he's a literal hockey genius. His Hockey IQ is already top 10 if not top 5 in the league. He's already shooting way more than the 1st half of the season. He'll never score 30 like Makar (well I wouldn't put it past him lol) but he'll be a 15g-75a assist guy in his prime. If Demidov becomes what we think he'll be, Hutson will have a shot at 100 points. I mean think about it for a minute, if he was on PP1 from game 1 of the season he'd be challenging Larry Murphy's record. INSANE

No surprise about Hutson, kind of reminds me of the stories about Jagr had keys to the training facilities because he would come in at midnight to get more ice time.

It's good to see Xhekaj in that sequence, when he first arrived he was providing some pretty good offence from the blueline, he had the big shot but was also quite good at getting a heavy wrist shot past the shot blocker and on net. That's kind of been lost along the way, so it's nice to see him working on exactly that because it will be big for his confidence/development. My feeling is that he'll have an easier time letting the hits come to him and not go chasing them if he's contributing to the game in other ways.

This guy genuinely has something wrong with him

Many people build narrative and they are so invested in them that they just can't move on and try to find anything to reinforce their narrative and make it a reality.

Probably one of the many who thought Hutson wasn't ready for the NHL this summer and that type of small D would never make it big in the NHL.......but truth is : The NHL wasn't ready for Hutson
