Haters are quiet lately.
Habs will always be hated here and that's fine. It's simple to understand, we are easy to hate.

-24 cups
-the french difference
-the high amount of habs fans on this site
-the high amount of stupid lopsided proposals

Every time you post something good about the Habs, you'll find many haters to spit something bad. For Hutson it's the usual "yeah but headfakes LOLZ".

Not saying we don't do it either, but it seems to be worse towards Habs stuff and Leafs stuff as well.

Don’t know your definition of a star, but I think he’s hit it in half a season worth of NHL games.

Someone who can play both ends of the ice. He is a star offensively, sure

Right now, he is purely a designated hitter, he can't play defense.

Once he learns that, he will be a star. Until then, he's a poor mans Dan Boyle.

Stop it with the "he can't play defense". Do you even know how to read? How childish how are you to make this comment when the real answer is easy to find? Hutson has the most 5vs5 TOI on the Habs and leads the habs D with a team best 50%GF. He's the only Habs D who isn't a minus at 5vs5.

That % is a tad better than "200 foot game" Celebrini who is at 48.65%GF.

He don't want to hear about facts. Anyway can't wait to read his post in the "Demidov burgeoning star watch" next season. It will probably be a copy paste

As soon as he becomes as good offensively and defensively as Karlsson, he will be a star for sure.
Your argument is flawed then.

If you require he must be good defensively, I don’t agree, but whatever. I somewhat get the argument.

But if you’re then going to act like Karlsson was a star in his most recent Norris season (where he was abysmal defensively) or Hughes was a star before like 2-3 years ago when his defending became respectable enough, then you’re simply targeting Lane Hutson unfairly compared to others.
