As bad as that last Laf sequence was, as bad as that Goodrow giveaway was, Trouba was the worst today. Halfway through the season and he is still a MAJOR problem. I don't bag on the guy much, but it's hard to deny he is a massive liability on Defense.

I think we played a decent game and OT is just luck of the draw. If Zibby pots that in OT it's a great game somehow VS Lafreniere f***ing up and gifting them the game. We still gained another point over our competition like Washington. That's good.

Defending was horrendous whole game. Like really freaking bad.

100% get a top 4 d, and get Trouba to the third pair, I doubt it would happen though.

The game gets faster and faster with more and more high end skill up and down the lineups of teams. We are ill-equipped and outclassed.

Skating and hand speed should be the top priorities and philosophy for scouting and talent from now on. I don't care how much flashy skill you got. When you do it at a standstill, you're roadkill.
