Halverson is definitely supposed to be "the guy" at this camp. His direct competition - Alex Nedeljkovic - isn't at camp though as he's recovering from an injury. Oldham is essentially filling Nedeljkovic's spot.

Team White is definitely the better Team USA group. Deeper defense and better forward group. Nothing to do with Opilka, as Sarthou (on Team White) is better than him anyway.

The scores here don't really mean all that much (to any of the squads) as this is more about evaluation and preparation. I'm sure Team Blue hates getting slaughtered today, and I'm sure Oldham would like to stop a puck this camp, but it'll mean little when the actual tournament rolls around. We have to remember that for a lot, if not all of these players, this is the first real hockey they've played in months.

Can Team White beat Sweden? Sure. Does it really matter? No.
