Morons who think Karlsson should win the Norris. I'd rather have the Stanley but just saying. Drew is on another planet.

Biggest regular season win in 25 years and we have to talk about Karlsson? I think some of you guys should self ban yourselves from reading the main board.

Go Kings!

Kings win!!!

Sloppy and ugly, but still a win. A classic 2-1 Kings win no less. I believe if they manage to defy their own ability to blow big games on Saturday they lock up the division.

that was a fun one.

Was very encouraging to see us be able to pressure ducks d-men into turnovers, and get speed enough to catch them and cause havoc. THe other games didn't look that way. Full well knowing both teams are a bit shorthanded, still a great grindfest and very strong win.

Said in the GDT was a testament to how adaptable both teams were--went from tactical defense to high octane high pace to grindfest and back again.

Wish we could have finished more!

Oh, and Drew Doughty, 30 min game, +2, two saved goals, all around dominant performance, way to lead the way. No 5v5 points directly though, so he's trash. Nice also to see Kopi's confidence with the puck trying things, and Looch using his body to control everyone and everything.

Luke Schenn is awful but the smartest thing he ever did was get Getzlaf off the ice for 5 min, and when the game turns grindy, he blows people up. I've actually really liked his puck movement when he has to make a quick decision, it's when he has time and space that things get scary because he overhandles it, and when the other team is set up in our zone, his defensive reads are aawwwwwfuuul. He's gonna cost us imo.

this is exactly why i don't think he's going to be nearly as big a liability as ppl think in the playoffs

i'd be more concerned with scuderi's puck handling at this point tbh

Hayward once again overreacted to a play and then had to completely backtrack when shown the replay.

Hayward isn't awful most of the time, but he says insanely stupid things in the heat of the moment and tonight was no different with the whole Schenn/Getzlaf thing.

Sean Avery should have a talk with him, again.

I needed some alone time after that win. :)

Baldy/Perry both going to the box... Kings got physical and in their faces. Schenn is my favorite King right now. Baldy went down after Schenn landed one punch. Not much he could do. It's always disappointing when you realize your opponent is done after 1 punch. It's like you get all worked up and then you're just standing there holding... nvm...

Versteeg on the 4th line is awesome. Nice to have someone that can put a puck in the net on every line.

Lecavalier with Lewis/King is sad. See him skating all over the place looking for a play then just dump the puck in the corner and change because he's with King/Lewis.... If Gaborik can make it back that would be sweet.

Brown/Carter/Toffoli... not great, but Carter/Toffoli might be good enough to counter act the forces generated by Brown, The black hole of offense. One good thing is the defenders don't necessarily know if it's Carter coming for them in the corner or Brown.

Scuderi/McBain... Sutter was trolling the Ducks hard throwing that pair out on the ice. I can't believe they didn't allow a goal. :amazed:

Muzzin was struggling... gave his guy the time needed to make a clean pass to Kesler, Iced the puck when he had plenty of time and the Kings got trapped in their end for a few shifts and more icing.

Solid win by the team.

Oh yeah and the 4th line grinding the **** out of the Ducks top line in the Ducks D-zone.

TOP OF THE WORLD *****ES!!!!!
