Two teams have done some of the smartest things front office wise the past few years. Columbus and Dallas have gotten the two best NHL GM prospects now running their teams. If I were a Stars fan, I absolutely trust Nill. If there were two guys I'd want to replace Dean for whatever reason (hypothetically), they were Jarmo and Jim Nill. I doubt he'll let his team turn in to such a joke like San Jose is.

I don't think the Devils have a well rounded team. Zajac is vastly overrated, Lokti is counted by some Devil fans to be their #1 center this year, Elias is 37 and a UFA, and Clarkson is leaving. They need offensive talent, and they have to give-up their 1st next year because of that Kovy deal
