Yes.

The PP sucks, it sucks during the playoffs too. I'm not impressed with the defense either, maybe getting Burns and Orlov off the roster will help so I'll reserve judgement. But it sucks seeing Slavin get dragged down.

There's zero reason Aho and Svech to be in scoring slumps every f***ing year. Jarvis goes through them too at times. There's zero reason to have to constantly play from behind. This "grit and grind" shit has run its course. It is boring and hair-pullingly frustrating to watch. And in the rare occasions they don't outshoot the opposition like tonight, they look like ECHL.

Someone in the front office has to get through to Rod that he has to either change his ways or he goes. They aren't winning anymore with his style.

Need a PP + a revamp of defense pairs will help. Need to trade burns, now if they want to compete this year. If it’s just a bridge year and you want to sell more water treatment systems, then burns is your guy.

Rod might be a great “motivator” (whatever that means), but his tenure here shows that he can be painfully stubborn, especially when he has no clue what to do, so he just keeps swinging the hammer at the perceived nail.

At a certain point you have to admit that you aren't going to win the Cup with Burns playing major minutes in 2025. And we are playing him the most TOI of the team this year.
