They are not trading him for just a pick. It would need a guy that has already developed in the same age range as him plus the pick at a minimum.

FWIW, I don’t think moving Knies makes any sense, considering Toronto's current situation.

Hamilton/Nemec, Mercer, 12th overall is complete and utter garbage.

I like Mercer but he's a middle six forward with limited upside, Hamilton is 33 years old and on the decline, Nemec is mediocre crap, he has an okay skill-set but sucks defensively and can't skate.
