Best season - Kucherov 2018-2019.

Best top 5 regular season - Kucherov (not saying all his 5 seasons are better than any of Kanes, just that his top 5 is better than Kane's top 5)

Best playoff run - Kucherov (he has at least 2 that are better than any of Kane's - and maybe up to 4 of the best 5 between the 2

Best top 5 playoff runs - Kucherov

This is definitely Kucherov to me. It may not be a gigantic gap, but to me it's clear.

They're very close, and I expect upon retirement Kucherov has put some distance over Kane.

Before age 31, it's very close but I lean Kucherov.
Entirety of their careers, Kane but it's close.

I do think Kucherov is the better playoff performer. And is finally putting some healthy seasons together again.

I suspect Kucherov finishes a top 15 winger all time, potentially closing in on 10.

Close, but I lean toward Kucherov. I think he was even better in the playoffs before age 31. Also, he probably wasn't quite as bad defensively as Kane (which obviously isn't saying much).

They are close but for me Kane was more consistent right out of the gate and sometimes that's the difference.

Kane in his first 15 seasons had between 72 and 119 points every year.

Even including the injured 21-22 pace and this current season Kucherov will have 9 and no way he has 6 more in him.

One guy has 1200 games, one guy hasn’t hit 700 yet.

I’m sorry, but this isn’t one of those polls where “flip a coin” is applicable
"Which RW was/is better in his prime?".... not career

safe to say Kane is past his prime, and Kucherov is in the tail end of his

It's awfully close. But i think there are enough little factors at the margins to tip it toward Kane for me. Between the difference in surrounding talent, the scoring eras that don't necessarily translate straight across. Also, the longevity and durability of Kane is an edge.

But they're very similar players, and certainly within the same overall echelon. I wouldn't be offended by a vote either way.

Went Kane, but I think I’m being biased because he’s the best American forward of all time likely and Kucherov is like 5th or worst in terms of Russian forwards in the NHL.
He’s 5th at worst after Ovechkin, Malkin and Fedorov. Arguable with Bure. Datsyuk, Kovalchuk and others have no argument over him.
