Bolts, who are under extreme cap duress (Johnson, Palat, Drouin, etc) get a top pairing LW for Stamkos on a cap friendly deal while adding a high 2nd (likely 31-35th overall) and Leafs get an impact winger for the Matthews line.

He is really that expensive? He's only hit elite levels of offensive impact this season. I'd argue anything you pay for him is for purely projections rather than past production.

dude you gotta stop making ridiculous proposals. Kucherov has had 2 great seasons, and while jvr isn't that much worse than him currently, kucherov still has potential left and less injury concerns. He's the bolts best forward(according to many tampa fans). We would need to give up one of the big 3 prospects and even than, kucherov is already developed and nhl top line player. No reason to deal him when he's lived up to tampa fans expectations.
