Kucherov Appears to Intentionally Trip Rasmussen As He Scores

Argumentum ad ignorantiam

Mark Zuckerberg is an alien because no one can prove that he isn't.

If there were multiple photos and videos of Mark Zuckerberg flying around in a UFO but the government kept saying there was nothing to investigate, then yes, you'd (rightfully) be calling it a conspiracy.

Call me crazy but I find something like this worse than McDavids crosscheck.
sorta funny. i dont disagree. Its way more of a bitch move, for sure..... i think i might actually hate the elbow to Johanssen the most. Just totally uncalled for and possibly even the most damaging of the three.

I cant believe nobody ever beats the shot out of these smallish, dirty star players.

exactly . ecspecially when mcdavid was in complete control of a precission hit to the helmet . he knew exactly what he was doing and that he wouldnt hit the face but rather just the helmet without injurying . a totally justified move in my book caused by carpland playing punk clutch n grab hockey which seriously detracts from nhl excitment .

I think anything intentional that has the potential to send people head first into goal posts at full speed should probably be frowned upon. Most of the time nothing happens so it's easy to write off as just another dirty play but sometimes the stars align in a bad way and someone gets paralysed. Sanni Hakala wasn't tripped but she's a recent example of what could happen when everything goes wrong. Maybe we (or some of us) don't really care because hockey is dangerous and we could all die tomorrow, but still. Bad luck doesn't need extra help.

Do you walk out of your house every morning with a cup on in the off chance a rabid wolverine latches onto your genitals? Gotta be ready for anything. It's a crazy world out there.
If Kucherov has been spending the night, you can bet your sweet ass that that's EXACTLY what I'm doing!

Which is one decision of many he could have made, brace harder, skate faster, skate slower, deke, initiate contact, shoot it earlier, etc etc.

Can he telepathically be ready for exactly that from kuch, obviously not. Does he have more options than gliding to the net trying to protect the puck, yes, obviously.

That is all. Not taking anything away from a dirty play so dont @ me in your fake internet outrage over minutiae.

If a Boxer gets roundhouse kicked in the face, judo thrown and then arm barred on the ground in a boxing bout, you gonna blame him for not expecting that shit too?

Yep. Kucherov has always been a dirty player.

Why would his point total have anything to do with giving him the benefit of the doubt over a dirty play?
It’s obviously a dirty play, but what I’m saying is a lot of people will look the other way when he’s scoring at this type of rate

He has 73 points, dude. He deserves the benefit of the doubt and you know that.
Huh? So if he was a 50pt producer it would be ok to suggest he's a dirty player, but because he scores more he deserves the benefit of the doubt.....or are you suggesting he's gets that benefit because he's a star but really shouldn't.
