If McDavid can be suspended for a blatantly dirty play, then so can Kucherov.
I’ve taken dumb contrarian views beforeIt is an "armchair general" logic. It is only works if you have time to stop and think about it and recall the very rare used rule.
When you trying to stop a guy you have no time to think, you have to stop the player with the puck and let the refs decided what to do.
It literally happens every game multiple times. Some time players get away with breaking the rules and prevent scoring at the same time.
Literally nothing wrong with the episode except the comical overreaction of HFboard and multiple dumb comments written by haters.
Tripping is one of the most common penalties, but based on this topic one would think Kucherov cut the guy's head and played football with it.
Agreed the main board is always full of dumb comments. But this topic is probably the dumbest I've seen.I’ve taken dumb contrarian views before
Makes you feel alive
Not in the Final...In the NHL you'll get suspended for squaring up and fighting a guy in the last 5 minutes of a game but the DoPS likely won't do shit about chopping a guy off his skates on an empty netter at the end of a game.
And while we are on the topic of dumb comments. Let's review this one. It basically says:Yes, this is infinitely more dangerous than what mcdavid did
Imagine worst case scenario in both cases:
Broken nose/teeth possibly jaw vs destroyed knee/ankle broken leg
Only one of those could end a career
I don't remember saying that, but continue on.And while we are on the topic of dumb comments. Let's review this one. It basically says:
"Illegal cross checks to the head are ok, but tripping equals murder"
I think you won this thread with the dumbest comment for sure.
I do not need to. You doing a great job by making this thread look dumb with your dumb comments.but continue on.
well I am glad you are here with a level headed intelligent point of view to balance out my low iq takesI do not need to. You doing a great job by making HF main board look dumb with your comments.
No I am here to point how dumb your comment looks like and get some laughs in the process.well I am glad you are here with a level headed intelligent point of view to balance out my low iq takes
thats a play made by a sick arrogant person that needs hell beat out of him , and a fine n suspension
how the hell he supposed to be ready for that
Hard to convince me it's not intentional, Rasmussen goes off injured.
Sleazy move, is this something the NHL might fine for or no?
yeah thats what I said, thanks for pointing out my idiocy. No I am here to point how dumb your comment look like and get some laughs in the process.
You are very welcome. If you need it again, just let me know. I will be glad to help you.yeah thats what I said, thanks for pointing out my idiocy.

Tripping is one of the most common penalties. Intentionally doing it after a guy has already scored into an empty net isn't. Intentionally sending a guy into the goal or end boards is incredibly dangerous, and based on past history probably deserves a suspension.Tripping is one of the most common penalties, but based on this topic one would think Kucherov cut the guy's head and played football with it.

You realize that tripping in that situation can break the guy's leg, right? It is an "armchair general" logic. It is only works if you have time to stop and think about it and recall the very rare used rule.
