We're officially starting at 10:00 am EST tomorrow (but I'm allowing people to make their picks now with no time limit). Starting at 10:00 whoever's on the clock will have a 3 hour limit to make their pick (it will be like this for the first 3 rounds, then the time limit per pick will shorten).
