I’m not sure if we are talking about the same Sam Bradford. Sam Bradford Blues legend was acquired along with Phoenix Copley Blues and Capitals trade legend in the Shattenkirk trade
They merged together into one entity, you just forgot

The answer is none. Last thing the owner wants is another dead weight contract that will take away from Ovi's remaining years in DC. I think mods can close this thread tbh.

Bruins made Krug the most sheltered guy in hockey. They could do that because they could bury Chara. STL isn’t putting him in a position to succeed.

We are trying our damn hardest. He’s extremely sheltered yet gives up by far the highest percentage of HDC.

He has 4 more years after this year

Woof that’s even worse. I can’t believe some posters think he has any trade value or that a contender would want that cap hit, term or money owed.

I can’t see him moving unless an equally bad contract comes back or the Blues to major retention.

Wait, wait.....it gets even worse. Krug is paid 8.5 mil in real money each of the next two years, how is that for f***ed up?

Just thinking out loud here, Washington has no D other than Carlson signed for next year. They probably won't rebuild like St Louis is. What if they moved Orlov as a rental and then brought in Krug for slightly cheaper (both in terms of assets and likely cheaper cap hit than Orlov next season).

Go ahead HF, tell me what a terrible idea this is
Well, step one complete, anyways!

We beat Krug and hoist the Cup and decide he’s the guy to replace Pie as our 1D.

But no, don’t blame Army, just watch the walls fall kids lol.

Hey, hey hey......you just make sure that damn tuna boat you're in cahoots with gets over to Philly and Montreal to get them some wins.

Damn it! Thought we had one there.

In the world of make believe, I’m now going to complain like CBJ when the Rangers pulled out of the Gavrikov deal.
Alright fine if you insist on trading Krug to Washington for Mantha then you have to send Robert Thomas with him. Fair is fair.

And do you mean the Bruins? I don’t recall the Rangers being in on Gavrikov.
