If Toews wins the Selke (which I fully expect to happen), the Selke would have alternated between Bergeron and Toews for four consecutive years, Bergeron in 2012, Toews in 2013, Bergeron in 2014, and Toews in 2015. The writers will look at that big +30 over Kopitar and Bergeron and cast him as their first choice.

I was more ****ed that Quick got snubbed out of a Hart nomination, and Stamkos was one of the 3 finalists. What Quick did for the Kings in 2011-12 completely blows the 60 goals Stamkos scored for a non playoff team out of the water. Quick was, in my mind at least, the most valuable player to his team in the regular season that year.
