He's clutch at least.
Kulak's still there, I don't think they'll ramp him up that quickly.I hope they give him a conditioning stint before making him play 20 minutes next to Nurse.
Idk, I do ok on the mains.
I don't post there much, but I feel like I post some fairly spicy stuff every other month or so and usually have a good laugh with one or two people.
Not sure how you guys always lose your like privileges all the time, maybe I'm just lucky.
If I can speculate its partly due to you being able to see different sides and bring different discussion beyond tropes. You're not a homer, tend to be more objective, able to critique. So that if somebody was bringing up something about the Oilers you wouldn't read it immediately as personal affront.Idk, I do ok on the mains.

Oilers management is reportedly worried about our serious lack of depth on the blueline. If Bouchard is ever hurt, our next right shot options are Stecher-Emberson-Brown, with Regula/Kemp in the AHL.He was a GA machine at times. Don't really get this signing. We're loaded with D that contribute offensively and score. Whats the need addressed here?
A better 6/7 d than Stetcher/Brown/He was a GA machine at times. Don't really get this signing. We're loaded with D that contribute offensively and score. Whats the need addressed here?
Klingberg was good till he left Dallas. You didn't see him latter time in Dallas. People get mad here at Booch making some bozo plays. I liked Klingberg like 10yrs ago. Whats the fascination of this org with getting players that are well past their prime and that have injury history? Just don't see the point of this one. I like stecher, he's struggled but the team gave him no stability in D partner either.
If it’s performance based then I don’t mind. GP based and it’s stupidKind of figured there was a needless bonus coming in. Hopefully it doesnt apply to next year.
Oh well. Hopefully he has something left in the tank.
I watched Dallas lots. For the last half dozen years they were one of my preferred Non Oilers watches. Klingberg was a problem last couple years on the Stars. Worst GA and statlines at times. -28 and -15 on good teams.A better 6/7 d than Stetcher/Brown/

Last year with the leafs was pre surgery. Same surgery that revitalized Patrick Kane so who knows. It’s low riskI watched Dallas lots. klingberg is very impulsive as a D. He's not any great system player and hever has been. he's there for the D jump and offense on teams that require that kind of boost from the back end. I just don't see how this fits or makes sense here under our systems. Too much random in his game.
The guy was -7 in his 14 games this year with the Leafs. I don't watch the Leafs at all but wonder if he was a tirefire there too
We see inordinate D goals, points and production in the back end here. This season and last for goal scoring we have Booch 6th in league, Ekholm 17th and Nurse 32nd. So that in a 32 team league we have 3 D in top 32 scoring.Oilers management is reportedly worried about our serious lack of depth on the blueline. If Bouchard is ever hurt, our next right shot options are Stecher-Emberson-Brown, with Regula/Kemp in the AHL.
With Klingberg, I honestly think they just want more right shot blueliners who can take a shift at the NHL level. This is a chance to add a right shot puckmover with NHL experience for nothing. If he works out, even as a 7th/8th, we're deeper than we were yesterday.
