I mean sure, it's why he's available for free in January.Great another injury prone player
what's the injury history? I know his hips(?) are shot and it's really effected his skating?
He's only 32, but I think you might be right because of how much time he missed. He’s eligible for performance bonuses I believe
The Oilers should be calling about Vejmelka everydayLow risk high reward. Worth seeing what he's got before the trade deadline. Worst case, you discard him on waivers and bury him in the AHL.
I want a goalie!

I listened to an interview with Bill Armstrong earlier this week. I get the sense they are pretty high on re-signing Vejmelka. But, anything is possible when you have 2 goalies and a third in their system that are crowding the 1A crease spot. He's only 32, but I think you might be right because of how much time he missed.

Maybe, I kinda assume if he's ready to sign he's ready to play, not like Regula lol.Can he start in the AHL to get some reps?
surely he can, right?
Sure and they should be, but until he re-signs, call and call.I listened to an interview with Bill Armstrong earlier this week. I get the sense they are pretty high on re-signing Vejmelka. Hopefully this hip resurfacing surgery helps him reclaim some of his past success. He’s been pretty dreadful defensively for a few years. But when he was at his best he was an elite dman.
I agree.Sure and they should be, but until he re-signs, call and call.
