He is hitting his own teammates at a high rate though.Yes, Bouchard's 0 PPGs this season show how effective his slap shot has been.
He can't even hit the net with his wristers

He'll probably get 3 in 5 games or something. Sometimes shit happens. Maybe Hyman not being up to snuff has affected his goal scoring? Poor Hyman has been blown up a few times by Bouch bombs.Yes, Bouchard's 0 PPGs this season show how effective his slap shot has been.

Pretty sure I remember an interview with him where he mentioned that he was using the break to get his family settled into Edmonton as well as skating with the Oil Kings, so I’m not sure a trip to Cali was ever in the cards. So I see he spent the break skating with the Oil Kings.
Would he have been better served to have spent it on a conditioning stint in Bakersfield?
Actual game play at higher tempo in all situations vs lighter casual skates?
What are the pro's & cons of him staying in town with the Oil Kings?

That’s not good. This means the Oilers told him he is staying. He hasn’t been good.
